Device Data: Device type, operating system, browser type, screen resolution, and IP address for security and analytics purposes.

Token & Transaction Data: Token balances, earning history, spending history, and marketplace transactions within the $GGTV token economy.

2. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage and session storage to remember your preferences, authentication state, theme selection (dark/light mode), and token balances. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

Essential cookies are required for the platform to function. You can clear your browser storage at any time, which will sign you out and reset your preferences.

The GGTV Nexus+ app may request the following permissions:

Internet Access: Required for streaming content and syncing your account. Wake Lock: Used by the Screen Lock feature to prevent your device from sleeping during playback. Notifications: Optional — for live stream alerts and token rewards (if enabled).

6. Data Protection

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure with row-level security (RLS) policies. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), authenticated API access, and session-based authentication tokens.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Your Rights

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GGTV Nexus+ ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and respectfully. You must not: upload or share content that violates any law or infringes on intellectual property; attempt to exploit, hack, or manipulate the token economy; create multiple accounts for the purpose of farming tokens; use automated tools to interact with the Platform.

3. Content Ownership

All content on GGTV Nexus+ — including logos, branding, design, and original programming — is the property of Gene Gunther Media UK or its licensors. User-generated content remains the property of its creators, but by posting on the Platform you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it.

4. Streaming Disclaimer

GGTV Nexus+ aggregates and streams content from various sources. We strive to ensure all content is properly licensed. If you believe your copyrighted material appears on our platform without authorization, please contact us immediately for removal.

5. Token Economy

$GGTV tokens are a virtual currency within the Platform. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Tokens are earned through engagement and spent on platform features. We reserve the right to adjust token values, rewards, and pricing at any time.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the token economy. Suspended accounts forfeit any accumulated tokens.

7. Limitation of Liability

GGTV Nexus+ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: service interruptions, data loss, or third-party content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid to the Platform in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
